These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the rules for using JustQuant® (www.justquant.com), including JustQuant Learn and Premium subscriptions. The service is provided by Sankhyantra Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, No.38/1, 1st Floor, Ranga Rao Road, Shankarapuram, Basavanagudi, Bangalore, Karnataka, India – 560004 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
JustQuant offers articles, video tutorials and tools about quantitative aptitude, which are free, and a learning area (topics, lessons, practice questions, mock tests and a Daily Workout). Part of the learning area is free and part is available only with a paid Premium subscription. We may add, change or remove features and content at any time.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use the learning area and to subscribe. Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it, sell it or let others use your Premium access.
3. Who may use JustQuant
You must be 18 or over, or use JustQuant only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms for you.
4. Premium subscriptions and payment
- Premium is sold as a subscription. The available plans (for example monthly, quarterly or annual), the price, the period and the currency are shown on the Premium page and at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are taken by external payment gateways, separate companies that process them under their own terms. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and you are charged the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- If we change the price, we tell you in advance and the new price applies only from your next renewal after the notice. You can cancel before then.
- Prices are shown at checkout, with any taxes included or added as shown there. Your payment receipt comes from the payment gateway.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Premium page, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. How you may use the service
You may use JustQuant for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, sell or share our lessons, questions, mock tests, solutions or other content, except for short quotations with credit to JustQuant;
- use bots, scripts or other automatic means to read the site or answer questions;
- try to get around the Premium paywall, a limit, or the security of the site;
- try to access another person’s account or data, or probe the site for weaknesses;
- post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material, or spam, in comments or anywhere else;
- use the service in a way that harms it or other users.
7. Our content and your content
The content of JustQuant (text, questions, solutions, videos, designs, software and the JustQuant name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to view and use it for your own learning while these Terms are followed. Nothing else is licensed to you.
If you post a comment, you remain its owner but give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on the site. Your practice answers and notes are stored in your account for your use, and we use them only as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Study help, not a guarantee
JustQuant is a learning aid. Questions, answers, explanations and mock tests are prepared with care, but they may contain mistakes, and mock tests do not copy any real exam exactly. We do not promise any score, rank, selection or other result. If you find an error, please tell us at info@justquant.com.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always run without interruption or error. We may suspend it for maintenance or changes, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your device, your internet connection or third-party providers.
10. Suspension and ending
You may stop using JustQuant at any time and may ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse the service, or if we are required to by law. If we close a paying subscriber’s account without a breach by them, we will refund the unused part of the period they paid for.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you, for example by email or a notice on the site. If you keep using JustQuant after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using it.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, subject to any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded. Please write to us first at info@justquant.com so that we can try to solve it.
